Some bad moments
Cant sell regular stuff here, and all they do is spam your email.
I wish youd realize that your upgrades to the latest version also came with setbacks.... The designers that show up in searches are not only inconsistent, by every time you select a designer— it automatically resets to the top of the list. Pretty upsetting for anyone that enjoys a brand starting with a letter other than A-D. It isnt easy on your eyes either....
Also, you should add an option for customers to leave comments or feedback on items available, sold, and returned (preferably the comments would be visible to other viewers as well).... As I have received multiple items in condition FAR WORSE than described, and I can also see that you have some COUNTERFEIT items for sale..
I wanted to browse theRealReal because I love the site. I went to the app and could not do anything because there was a pop up that forced me to update. I couldnt cancel or wait for later. I didnt want to update because I wasnt on wifi. This is terrible app design in my opinion.
I authenticated through Facebook but the app kept saying I needed to register in addition to that?
