This app is great for finding deals on designer items. Only drawback is that I want everything!

I wish youd realize that your upgrades to the latest version also came with setbacks.... The designers that show up in searches are not only inconsistent, by every time you select a designer— it automatically resets to the top of the list. Pretty upsetting for anyone that enjoys a brand starting with a letter other than A-D. It isnt easy on your eyes either.... Also, you should add an option for customers to leave comments or feedback on items available, sold, and returned (preferably the comments would be visible to other viewers as well).... As I have received multiple items in condition FAR WORSE than described, and I can also see that you have some COUNTERFEIT items for sale..

So easy to use with the updated version. I love shopping on the website so now that I can have it on my phone its even better

I love the website, but the app crashes on me somewhat often. And if you ❤️ something and go back to a search list, it resets to the top of the page, which is annoying.

I love how RR is constantly updating to improve search functionality and user friendliness. Almost perfect. Suggestions would be to have the in-app ability to view details on consignor sales, ability to sort your "obsessions" (i.e. omit sold items), new arrival suggestions based on search/purchase history (setting up custom feeds is a bit clumsy as you cannot refine within a feed). The trick to navigating a site like RealReal, which is akin to a dizzying, giant treasure hunt of 100K+ items, is targeted search and retrieval. Its addictive and time consuming. Remove the latter and youve made everyone - buyer and seller - much happier!
